<b>Travel & setup fee varies depending on location:</b>
- The standard rate is $100. 
- If your venue is very close to Eastwood, the fee may be lower. 
- We will confirm the exact amount once we receive your address.

Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.

If you notify us 3 days in advance, you may reschedule or request a full refund.

Within 3 days, you may reschedule or receive a 50% refund.

If the notice is within 24 hours, refunds and reschedule are unfortunately not available.

If any member of your group cannot attend, please inform us at least 3 days beforehand (or 24 hours, depending on your needs) so we can arrange a refund or rescheduling where applicable.
